ABN AMRO NW&DC is seeking a knowledgeable and motivated Zscaler Specialist to join our Zscaler Team within the Network & Datacenter (NW&DC) Engineering Department. Your job

As a Zscaler Specialist, you will be instrumental in managing and optimizing our Zscaler Internet Access and Private Access environments. You will focus on configuring, monitoring, and ensuring the seamless operation of our cloud-based security solutions. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance security protocols and compliance standards, troubleshooting issues, and contributing to the design and implementation of new solutions. You will play a critical role in translating business needs into secure, efficient, and innovative technical solutions.

Your profile

Must have: 

• Zscaler certification in ZPA or ZPA.  
• Experience with technologies like Secure Web Gateway, NGFW, Reverse Proxy. 
• Educated to bachelor's degree level, IT related 
• High proficiency in speaking, reading and writing English  
• Proven experience with Zscaler Internet Access and Private Access solutions 

How you make impact 

• Strong understanding of networking, network security principles and cloud security technologies 
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage stakeholder relationships 
• Problem-solving skills with attention to detail and a proactive mindset 
• Document actions in Servicenow or our internal knowledge systems.  
• Respond in a timely manner to incidents and support requests excellent communication skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions 

Nice to have: 

• Industry certifications such as CCNP, Netskope, CATO or equivalent 
• Familiarity with network automation tools and scripting languages (e.g., Python) 
• Experience in regulated industries, particularly financial services 
• Experience working with the Agile Scrum framework and DevOps way of working. Interest in pursuing further certifications in cloud security and network management 

We are offering

• The gross monthly salary displayed above is based on a 36-hour work week, including vacation pay and benefit budget.
• The Benefit Budget is 11% of your salary. The Benefit Budget allows you to acquire additional employment benefits. If you make no purchases or reservations in the Benefit Shop in a given month, you are paid one twelfth of your Benefit Budget that month.
• Five weeks of vacation per year. You have the option to purchase an additional four weeks per year.
• Personal development Budget of € 1,000 per year, which you can accumulate up to € 3,000.
• Possibility to work from home (in consultation with your team and depending on your position).
• An annual public transport pass with free public transportation throughout the Netherlands.
