Your job as...
As a Senior SaaS Applications Coordinator, you will manage and oversee our SaaS applications and Azure solutions. Your responsibility includes administration, user access, security, and compliance. Your technical expertise will drive the configuration, security, integration, evaluation, purchasing, licensing, and onboarding/off-boarding of SaaS applications. You will work closely with the team to refine user stories, design solutions, and steer Confluence documentation. You will also coordinate contracts and procurement, ensuring seamless operations (40%).
Key Responsibilities:
SaaS: on- and off-boarding of applications. Support & maintenance and security & compliance.
Azure: Experience on designing, developing, and deploying applications using Microsoft Azure ensuring optimised performance, scalability, and security of cloud infrastructure and applications.
Agile SCRUM Mastery: Implement timeboxing and collaborate on story refinement. Lead architecture and solution design, wireframe data flows, and guide documentation.
Contract & Procurement Management: Partner closely with our procurement team to facilitate contract renewals, discuss and understand contract specifics, and support the onboarding of new SaaS solutions.
Reporting and Analytics - Analytics using PowerBI including handson knowledge on reports/dashboard creation
ITIL processes - Work experience on ITIL processes(Incident, Change and Problem Management) on tools like Service Now.
Identity and Access Management - Hands-on knowledge of Identity and Access Management system including automated access management using Single Sign On(SSO)
Administration: Oversee and manage the financial transactions and invoicing processes for our SaaS vendors using the Ariba platform.
