Your job
This role offers a unique opportunity where your project management skills support our content experts in the TM AML domain. As a Client Unit Coordinator, you will maintain a clear overview despite the wide variety of activities.
In this role, you:
Collaborate with the Expert Lead for your Client Unit to agree on planning and results.
Discuss progress and engage relevant stakeholders.
Identify areas for efficiency improvement and propose solutions.
Develop approaches that ensure positive, sustainable results, helping the bank achieve its objectives.
Work in a team and enjoy taking the lead.
Thrive in a dynamic environment, utilizing your expertise and hands-on approach to design and implement proposals that foster continuous improvement and innovation.
Demonstrate persuasive communication skills with senior management and colleagues across the first, second, and third lines of defence.
Drive improvements by closely collaborating with relevant stakeholders, leveraging your trusted expertise to lead initiatives that enhance organization-wide processes.
Analyse complex information, provide insight into the progress of (sub) deliverables and oversee the entire planning and deliverables. You initiate and contribute to the introduction of improvements in the processes and the approach within the long-term focus area.
Working environment
As Client Unit Coordinator – Transaction Monitoring, you join the Innovation, Design & Change department and become part of the first line of defence. Within ABN AMRO, this department acts as a Centre of Expertise, making the work within DFC more effective and efficient. The team includes 25 ambitious professionals, with high quality standards and a big commitment to innovation.

Your profile
You hold a Bachelor's or Master’s degree.
You have 5+ years of relevant work experience with project management or change initiatives, with business, operations and IT as stakeholders.
You (preferably) have experience within the financial or consulting industry.
We are offering
The gross monthly salary displayed above is based on a 36-hour work week, including vacation pay and benefit budget.
The Benefit Budget is 11% of your salary. The Benefit Budget allows you to acquire additional employment benefits. If you make no purchases or reservations in the Benefit Shop in a given month, you are paid one twelfth of your Benefit Budget that month.
Five weeks of vacation per year. You have the option to purchase an additional four weeks per year.
Personal development Budget of € 1,000 per year, which you can accumulate up to € 3,000.
Possibility to work from home (in consultation with your team and depending on your position).
An annual public transport pass with free public transportation throughout the Netherlands.
