As a Portfolio & Tooling Analyst within the Strategic Portfolio Management team, you will play a vital role in delivering ABN AMRO's strategy: a Personal Bank in the Digital Age. Your focus is on facilitating strategic decision-making in a data-driven way, ensuring optimal use of the bank’s execution power. Your data analysis skills and comprehensive portfolio perspective help monitor strategy execution. In this role, you excel at structuring problems and deriving insights from data. You collaborate with stakeholders to specify tool requirements to enhance execution power. 

Your job

As a Strategic Portfolio & Tooling Analyst you will: 

• Conduct data analysis on the strategic portfolio bank-wide 
• Create insightful reports and scenarios for ExBo, Supervisory Board, and Regulators. 
• Use data analytics and qualitative insights to assess progress and identify risks. 
• Specify requirements for tools and processes to support strategic execution. 
• Provide insights into the efficiency of allocated capacity for strategic change delivery/execution 
• Requirement setting for bank wide reporting standards 

Working environment

You become part of the COO Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) team that manages the overall strategic execution portfolio (eQPR and Saga-level) on behalf of the ExBo. Within SPM you will join the Strategic Portfolio & Tooling capability. You will collaborate closely with the Head of Strategic Portfolio Analysis & Tooling, the Portfolio Management Consultants, the I&T CM&C colleagues, Finance and business teams. 

Your profile

As a highly analytical and data-driven professional, you will play a crucial role in driving strategic initiatives and optimizing the bank-wide portfolio. Your ability to work with complex data sets, develop scenarios, and prepare insightful reports will be key to aligning resources and enhancing strategic outcomes.
