Your responsibilities:
Lead generation: identify, qualify, and develop leads through research, outreach, and follow-up, ensuring a continuous pipeline of prospective private banking clients.
Networking: actively participate in networking events and other activities to build relationships and grow our presence within the high-net-worth community.
Market research: conduct market research to identify emerging trends, understand clients needs, and find opportunities for growth.
Client engagement: collaborate with Private Bankers, Marketing & Events team to develop outreach strategies, present solutions to prospects and facilitate client onboarding.
Relationship management: support and coach Junior and Senior Private Bankers in maintaining relationships with key contacts.
Reporting and analysis: track and report on key metrics related to lead generation, conversions, and outreach effectiveness. Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

You
have minimum a bachelorās degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or a related field
have at least 2 years of experience in business development, sales or a related role, preferably in the financial services or banking industry
are bilingual Dutch and French to effectively communicate with clients in Brussels. You are also fluent in English to communicate with internal stakeholders.
