If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Value Proposition Team Sustainable Finance Regulations (SFR) in the Finance & Risk Reporting Grid. SFR includes annually changing and increasing laws and reporting requirements that financial institutions must comply with to ensure a more sustainable future. Our team is responsible for conveying the laws and regulations, drawing up and explaining the requirements, offer robust IT solutions for sourcing and consuming reportable data and enable organisation-wide implementation.
Your job
For reporting on Sustainable Finance Regulations, you will be responsible for implementing regulations and collaborating with both IT and Business colleagues to improve data, processes and reporting. In addition, you will be involved in stakeholder management and aligning with all reporting units. Your role will require you to have an interest in data and reporting and have excellent communication skills. As part of the VPT SFR team, you will be accountable for end-to-end delivery, which are derived from both regulations and the bank's internal strategy.
Workenvironment
You will work in the Value Proposition Team Finance & Risk Reporting within the Reporting Grid. The VPT is involved in a number of areas, such as SFR Reporting, Credit Risk Reporting, Loan tapes, Finance Reporting. The VPT’s work in close alignment with the Value Delivery Blocks of the Reporting Grid to ensure timely implementation of all changes required to remain compliant. As VPT SFR, in everything we do the focus is on the interests of internal and external stakeholders with respect to ABN AMRO's strategy in the field of sustainability.
Je profiel
You are a passionate professional who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment. You are flexible, versatile, and able to take on multiple topics simultaneously when required. You feel comfortable supporting the business and facilitating discussions with stakeholders to help them understand the regulations. While having excellent coordinating skills, you also enjoy thoroughly analyzing regulations and drafting requirements documents. You have:
- Experience (3+ years) as a business analyst or a similar role;
- Previous experience in the financial industry;
- Knowledge in the field of data and/or reporting;
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders;
- Experience with Sustainable Finance Regulations is a plus;
- Experience with implementing regulations in the financial sector (banks) is also a big plus.
We offer
- The gross monthly salary displayed above is based on a 36-hour work week, including vacation pay and benefit budget.
- The Benefit Budget is 11% of your salary. The Benefit Budget allows you to acquire additional employment benefits. If you make no purchases or reservations in the Benefit Shop in a given month, you are paid one twelfth of your Benefit Budget that month.
- Five weeks of vacation per year. You have the option to purchase an additional four weeks per year.
- Personal development Budget of € 1,000 per year, which you can accumulate up to € 3,000.
- Possibility to work from home (in consultation with your team and depending on your position).
- An annual public transport pass with free public transportation throughout the Netherlands.
