Your job

Regulatory reporting is an important area for the Bank. We are constantly trying to improve the related processes and this would be the main area of focus for this internship.
The internship goals would be achieved by improving the quality of our output and the reporting process. This is expected to be realized by the completion of several ongoing internal initiatives.

Some examples of initiatives that the previous interns have worked on include:

  1. Heatmap - Creating a dashboard to get an overview of all reports within the team and to track KPIs, improvements, and areas of improvement.
  2. Skills Matrix - Determining relevant skills tracks and providing curriculum for all team members to develop important skills.
  3. Manual Interferences - Developing a dashboard to track the degree of manual intervention in reports and brainstorm ways to reduce them.
  4. Stakeholder Satisfaction - Giving, receiving, and implementing feedback to improve relations with key stakeholders.
  5. Capacity Planning - Investigating the optimal assignment of reports within the team with the end goal of re-distributing the workload more evenly.
