We are seeking an enthusiastic candidate to join our team and shape the future of Conversational AI at ABN AMRO. Thousands of customers interact with ABN AMRO on a weekly basis, and we strive to ensure these conversations are resolved effectively and seamlessly. 

Your job as...

As a Full-Stack Software Developer, you will build and maintain our Conversational AI platform by integrating various ABN AMRO services and AI solutions to enhance customer service experiences through Chatbot Anna, Conversational IVR, and LLM-based Advisor Assist.

At Team Advanced Conversational Engagement, part of the Customer Interaction Domain, we maintain and innovate our conversational bot, interactive voice response (IVR) systems, and internal Advisor Assist tools.

Within the Platform team, you will be responsible for maintaining, enhancing, and innovating our Conversational AI Platform to support new features, ABN AMRO service integrations, and developments in the realm of Generative AI.

Key Subject Areas:

• Working on ABN AMRO service integrations for conversational solutions.
• Enhancing platform tooling, including labeling and data annotation.
• Expanding features for our Advisor Assist tooling.
   

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain applications within the scope of the Platform team.
• Support the refinement and solution of features and projects.
• Coach and guide junior developers.

Working at Customer Interaction

You will be part of a multidisciplinary scrum team that owns products with end-to-end responsibility. Within our extended team of approximately 50 colleagues, you will collaborate closely with other developers, data scientists, data engineers, UX designers, content writers, and business analysts to achieve common goals.

Your profile

Must have:

• Professional Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a professional IT environment, demonstrating a robust and versatile skill set.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong programming skills with NodeJS, Azure, Kubernetes, and Docker.
