Interested?

If you are interested, we would like to get to know you. We are not only interested in what you have done but mainly who and how you are as a person. To avoid that we become biased, we would like you to answer the following questions:

· What was the most valuable feedback that you have received recently and what was the impact for you as a person? (max 100 words)

· Describe what others value in you? (max 100 words)
