We are looking for an enthusiastic, IT Engineer with a focus on Reliability Engineering / Security  and proven track record to implement Reliability engineering for our CRM Environment.  

Your job

As IT Reliability Engineer, you are part of the Security and Reliability engineering chapter, and participating/ advising in multiple devops teams. Leading and Guiding them in setting up monitoring capabilities for all relevant components of the system in order to act pro active on possible outage.  Where can you help the users ? How fast can we solve their issues? What is your idea on what and how to improve – in the way of monitoring and reacting.  Not only for the users but also within the team and how we work?
You will work as a dev-ops team member in a scrum team having Ops and security Chapter. you will work within the team on refining, analyzing, designing, developing, testing, maintaining and realizing good quality and future proof IT Reliability solutions.

Your roles and Responsibilities

• You will be able to enhance the applications reliability and stability as per the user's expectation.
• Set up the Monitoring of the application
• Educating yourself and others with the right functional & technical capabilities and the latest developments in Reliability engineering and security.
• co-ordination transfer of Reliability Engineering Knowledge among all other chapter members within the team to create a common understanding of RE, and to create awareness within the teams. 
• Keeping the application running is your number 1 priority
• High-quality incident management is key
• Having good experience in handling database(SQL server) issues
• Having basic knowledge of Azure SQL database and other azure services
• Be an inspiration to the team, share your knowledge and offer guidance on the tooling

You will work in a dynamic environment, with a mix of ages, experiences, nationalities and backgrounds. and alongside hard work, there is always room for fun. 
The atmosphere within the team and the department is open and informal. We work hard, but there is certainly room for fun!

 

Your profile

• Total IT experience at least 5+ years
• Application Development and Maintenance (4yr+)
• Experience In reliability Engineering
• Experience in Automation of recurring tasks
• Experience in Securing and monitoring of API's
• Experience in handling application's Ops & Security issues
• Experience with Azure CICD pipelines
• Experience with Agile and DevOps way of working
• Good analytical skill to solve and to prevent the critical production issues with your expert technical skills and skills related to Reliability Engineering. .
• Good interpersonal communications: Presenting solutions, coaching and helping team member

We are offering

• A monthly salary based on a 36-hour work week, including vacation pay and benefit budget.
• The Benefit Budget is 11% of your salary. The Benefit Budget allows you to acquire additional employment benefits. If you make no purchases or reservations in the Benefit Shop in a given month, you are paid one twelfth of your Benefit Budget that month.
• Five weeks of vacation per year. You have the option to purchase an additional four weeks per year.
• Personal development Budget of € 1,000 per year, which you can accumulate up to € 3,000.
• Possibility to work from home (in consultation with your team and depending on your position).
• An annual public transport pass with free public transportation throughout the Netherlands.
