Je werk

As our Data Issue Resolution driver you play a vital role in realising the delivery of the ABN AMRO strategy: a Personal Bank in a Digital Age. You ensure that the entire bank follows the correct route towards a fully data driven organisation. You help further shape and develop the Data Issue Management processes and guide the organisation towards a high-quality Data Issue Management. You are able to quickly submerge yourself in the topic and can identify stakeholder needs. You identify challenges and based on your experience recommend and the best way forward and execute it.  

 

Some examples of your responsibilities:  

  • Identify challenges in executing Data Issue Management, interacting with senior stakeholders and recommend the best way forward 
  • Translate the strategic vision on Data Management to mature and accelerate on Data Issue Management 
  • Further drive process optimisation of the Data Issue Management to increase efficiency and reduce bottlenecks   
  • Set goals and targets on Issue resolution for the Bank 
  • Create awareness and involvement within the organisation    
  • Act as a sparring partner for Senior Management and stakeholders  
  • Complying with the Bank’s guidance and regulations

As our Data Issue Resolution driver, you become part of the core team responsible for the Data Issue Management within Central Data Office (CDO). In this growing team of professionals, we aim to help the bank improve its Data Quality by creating transparency, letting parties take their accountability in solving issues, making the process more efficient and creating the right insights to enable correct decision making. 

 

The team you become part of is in constant collaboration with all business lines, international branches and subsidiaries of the bank. We all work together at the frontier of the largest data revolution in the banking industry and with the core value-assets of the organization.

You are a true driver, a practical and conceptual thinker, and you can translate concepts to pragmatic solutions. Your behaviour reflects the culture principles of courage, care and collaboration. This is reflected by your eagerness to learn, the questions you dare to ask and the status quo you are willing to challenge. You love to bring people together on a joint mission to solve our Data Issues, ensuring that people collaborate in an efficient manner. You know how to handle conversations on various management levels to keep everyone informed and know which information you should present and in what format depending on the stakeholder groups you are dealing with. You enjoy figuring our how to improve processes and have a can do mentality to bring it into realisation. 

 

This is on your resume: 

  • Master’s degree 
  • Solid track record in implementing Data Issue Management  
  • Sparring partner for senior management 
  • Sound knowledge of Data Issue Management and capability   
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills 
  • Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills  
  • Excellent coordination skills and affinity to bring people together  
  • Affinity in project management 
  • Fluent in English
