Tasks & Responsibilities:
Simplify and automate lending processes using AI and outsourcing.
Analyze processes and tools to find inefficiencies and suggest enhancements.
Implement innovative solutions to improve credit processes.
Work with teams to integrate automation strategies.
Ensure changes align with organisational goals and comply with regulations.
Oversee risks and maintain quality during improvements.
Measure the impact of changes with specific metrics.
Be the main contact for process improvements.
Build relationships with stakeholders and external partners.
Manage vendor contracts and outsourcing resources.
Working environment
You will be part of the Credit Process Management team (CPM-T) within Financing Solutions (FS). FS is responsible for our customers' end-to-end credit journey. FS offers customers from all customer segments the most suitable credit solution. Depending on the needs and profile of the client, FS offers its products (both standard and tailor-made financing solutions) in the different sectors. CPM-T, a team with around 20 employees, is committed to achieving operational excellence and driving the optimization of our credit and collateral processes and tools. The optimisation involves simplification, innovation, the use of AI, and outsourcing. By efficiently managing regulatory changes and optimisations, CPM-T aims to enrich the client experience and foster a better working environment for the Lending and Lending Support teams.
Your profile
Do you excel in transforming lending processes and driving change? We seek a collaborator with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement to enhance strategies in the lending domain. You will work with diverse teams and stakeholders, motivating them to achieve shared objectives while fostering an environment that embraces automation and AI.
What you bring:
A Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in senior roles within Lending, Process Management, and/or Change Management.
Comprehensive knowledge of lending products, systems, and processes.
Experience with simplification and automation, such as utilizing AI.
Strategic thinking and adaptability to evolving financial regulations.
Your creative problem-solving skills will enable you to develop effective, innovative solutions that comply with regulations. Coupled with excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral, you will empower teams to implement changes that align with organizational goals and enhance client experiences.

The gross monthly salary (min. Eur. 6.793 - max. Eur. 9.704) is based on a 36-hour work week, including vacation pay and benefit budget. A 40-hour work week is also possible. Salary determination and salary level is based on the knowledge, experience and potential you bring.
The Benefit Budget is 11% of your salary. The Benefit Budget allows you to acquire additional employment benefits. If you make no purchases or reservations in the Benefit Shop in a given month, you are paid one twelfth of your Benefit Budget that month.
Five weeks of vacation per year. You have the option to purchase an additional four weeks per year.
Personal development Budget of € 1,000 per year, which you can accumulate up to € 3,000.
