The role: Operational Risk Management Intern
Are you intrigued by concepts like Risk Appetite, Risk Reporting, Dashboarding, and Risk Self-Assessment? Do you thrive in a team environment, actively engaging with colleagues and contributing hands-on ideas to enhance and monitor controls? As part of our team, you'll support a variety of activities that help manage and monitor risks across the organization. You'll assist with process improvements, develop tools like dashboards, and contribute to reporting efforts for clear communication.

What you bring to the table
You have a basic understanding of Operational Risk Management aspects.
You are enthusiastic, proactive and creative at solving problems.
You work well both independently and as part of a team.
You are looking for an internship from September 2025 onwards.
You are available for a minimum of four days a week for a period of 20 weeks.
You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program. Having a focus in AI, Finance, or Business Administration being a plus.
You have strong communication skills and are fluent in English, with Dutch as a plus.
