Your job
As an intern, you will be part of the DoD Center of Credit Risk's Change Control Department, focusing on the Definition of Default (DoD) in banking. You will collaborate closely with the DoD Center lead and other team members to convert backlog items into a streamlined, actionable format using Microsoft Lists. Your responsibilities will include:
Reviewing and analyzing the current backlog of action items.
Collaborating with the DoD Center lead to gain insights and deepen your understanding of the DoD.
Structuring and organizing backlog items into an actionable format using Microsoft Lists.
Learning and applying process and workflow optimization techniques.
Conducting regular progress reviews and making necessary adjustments.
Preparing and delivering a presentation on the organized backlog and improvements made.
Please note that this internship is aimed at gaining practical work experience and does not accommodate thesis or final research projects.
Your working environment
The DoD Center is a vital part of our Credit Risk’s Change and Control Department. Although the team is newly established, the dynamic and informal environment encourages innovation and collaboration. You will work alongside a team of both external and internal colleagues who are committed to supporting the DoD Center’s mission. You will be expected to work in the office once a week, with the flexibility to work remotely the rest of the time.
