Your job
You unburden, advise and support the CIO of COO&F in her work in the field of operational, tactical and strategic activities. On a daily basis, you translate the needs of the CIO into concrete actions, constantly switching between your analytical and communication skills. You will play an important role in the further shaping and expansion of the CIO COO&F department and the role of the CIO in this. Effective internal communication is crucial to achieving our goals and ensuring everyone is on the same page. In addition, external communication, such as exposure on LinkedIn, is important to share our vision and successes and to increase our visibility.
You discuss activities and issues in day-to-day business within the CIO COO&F. Based on the available information, you create presentations for the MT I&T and the MT COO&F, you initiate improvements in, for example, processes or communication and you dive into (strategic) topics to help the CIO COO&F in her role.
Working environment
Together with other consultants, you form a team within the CIO Office. You will work in a dynamic environment with many stakeholders and major change processes. The lines of communication are short, we switch quickly and the expectations are high. In this environment, taking initiative is expected and appreciated. In addition, we attach great importance to a pleasant working environment. Atmosphere and team cooperation are of paramount importance to us, so that everyone can contribute to our common goals with pleasure and enthusiasm.
Your profile
It is your passion to translate conceptual ideas and challenges into practical and achievable actions and plans. You are sharp and listen carefully to the needs of the CIO, but you are also able to challenge her. You think ahead, are able to master and explain complex material and always keep an overview. You get energy from an environment with constantly shifting panels and enjoy sinking your teeth into a solid analysis every now and then. You use the balance between working independently and collaborating with your colleagues. You are a natural sparring partner for both the CIO and the MT COO&F.

• Self-starter and self-employed
• Experience in making analyses and making recommendations to (senior) management
• Very good communication and presentation skills
• Strong in Dutch and English, both verbally and in writing
• Affinity with IT
• 3-5 years of work experience
• Completed university education
