ICS is a payment service provider and market leader in issuing credit cards in the Netherlands, with a subsidiary in Germany. We have been issuing, promoting, administrating, and processing payments of Visa and Mastercard credit cards for over 30 years. ICS issues credit cards both under its own brand and in conjunction with co-branding partners, for both Consumer and Commercial clients. In addition, we offer various other financial services and products.
The organization is currently changing in order to serve customers and the market even better, with the safety and reliability of our services being the cornerstone. We are rebalancing our business model, which means challenging but exciting times for ICS. The number of files in the risk domain increase and become more complex due to increasing legislation and regulation. Many risk types need extra attention. This requires expertise in the second line; a second line that can think along and advise on both effective and efficient approaches and measures.
Are you always conscious of risks and are you driven to control those risks? Are you looking to work together with an enthusiastic team of professionals to make ICS a more risk-based organization? Can you bring the expertise which is needed to tackle the complexity of the stakeholder field and rapidly changing law and regulations? Then you are the Credit Risk Manager we are looking for!
Your job
In this role, you will amongst others execute strong stakeholder management, provide a second line opinion on a wide variety of strategic matters related to credit risk, validate credit risk portfolio analysis, play a pivotal role in a variety of ICS strategic projects and advise risk committees on strategic changes, portfolio- and product reviews.
You will help the ICS Risk Team in its role to keep oversight and control over the entire credit risk balance sheet of ICS.
