Working for Digital & Innovation means that you help the customer. For example, becoming more self-reliant by using the app. Or by offering products that match the wishes and needs of the customer, of course all based on our data. Harassing customers with useless propositions is not something we do. We only offer them relevant services and products through which they can be (financially) successful in a sustainable way.

Of course, not every test balloon may be freely released, we are in the end bound by strict laws and regulations. That means that you sometimes must take a few extra steps or just hold back on the way to your goal. On the other hand, your work at ABN AMRO really matters.
