Please note: This inhouse day will take place at ABN AMRO's head office and is intended for students who are close to graduating. For students at the beginning or in the middle of their studies, we organize other events.

Participating traineeships
During the inhouse day, you will have the opportunity to participate in two different break-out sessions. When you register, you can choose which two traineeships interest you most, so we can take this into consideration.
Corporate Banking Traineeship (This session will be hosted in English and is suitable for graduates nearing completion of a master's degree in quantitative finance, economics or law).
The Corporate Bank (CB) is ABN AMRO's business bank. Here we serve large companies and institutions. CB provides different traineeship opportunities across three distinct departments: Corporate Finance, Financing Solutions, and Global Markets. During the breakout session, we will introduce each one of them to you.
Wealth Management Traineeship (This session will be hosted in Dutch and is suitable for graduates who are nearing the completion of their bachelor's or master's degree. No specific educational background is required).
At Wealth Management, we support affluent individuals, successful entrepreneurs, wealthy families, and charities with complex financial issues. This includes wealth growth, business transfer, estate planning, and sustainable investing. During the breakout session, we provide insight into how we offer tailored solutions to our clients. We also provide further explanation about the traineeship, where you will explore various departments over 18 months.
Commercial Traineeship: (This session will be hosted in Dutch and is suitable for graduates who are nearing the completion of their bachelor's or master's degree. No specific educational background is required).
Do you get inspired by crafting innovative sales strategies, building strong customer relationships, and driving business growth? Within the Commercial Track, you can begin in various commercial roles within the Personal & Business Banking division of ABN AMRO, the bank where we provide services to both personal and business clients. During the breakout session, we will tell you more about this new traineeship.
Consultancy Traineeship: (This session will be hosted in Dutch and is suitable for graduates who are nearing the completion of their bachelor's or master's degree. No specific educational background is required).
Do you get energized by solving complex business challenges, developing strategic insights, and collaborating with industry experts? Within the Consultancy Track, you can begin in various consultancy roles within the bank. During the breakout session, we will tell you more about this new traineeship.
Data Traineeship: (This session will be hosted in English and is suitable for those graduates completion of a master's degree in engineering mathematics, econometrics, or economics).
Do you get excited about transforming detailed data analyses into strategic decisions, enhancing customer journeys, and uncovering clear commercial insights? Within the Data Track, you can begin as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist within the bank. During the breakout session, we will tell you more about this new traineeship.
Global Clearing Traineeship (This session will be hosted in English and is suitable for graduates nearing completion of a master's degree in Banking & Finance, econometrics, or business administration).
Take a look inside the ‘black-box’ of the financial world and discover what happens after a deal is closed on the exchanges. We will introduce you to one of the most dynamic industries in the world and give you an insight into how financial markets work. And if that piques your interest, we will be happy to discuss the Clearing traineeship with you. As a trainee, you will work with colleagues from our 11 offices around the world to service the top trading houses. During the break out, we will explain you how ABN AMRO Clearing operates as an independent bank under ABN AMRO.
Career Fair
At the end of the day, it is also possible to visit the Career Fair. Here, various other ABN AMRO departments and networks will be present to tell you more about working at ABN AMRO.
