As a trainee within the Wealth Traineeship, you will gain work experience in the segment where we serve wealthy clients. In addition, you will follow part of the programme together with the talents from the Commercial Traineeship, who are active in the (small) business segment.
In 18 months' time, you will discover what a career at the bank can offer you and contribute to building the bank of the future. We will train you for your first position and give you the space to develop a solid foundation for your future career through various elements of the traineeship. You will actively work on increasing your professional knowledge and follow a training programme so that you can do your job optimally. In addition, we offer you the unique opportunity to follow the Boost Your Growth programme of The School of Life, where you will work on developing your personal leadership. By means of project sprints with accompanying assignments, you gain insight into yourself as a professional. In this way, you will discover how to make the most of your talent.
