Your job

ABN AMRO Clearing’s Product Grid provides the foundational capabilities to deliver products and services to customers. As intern, you'll support the globalization of our IT landscape by the rollout of the Client Fee Tool and align processes for our Singapore location. You will be based in Amsterdam and collaborate daily with colleagues both in Amsterdam and Singapore, gaining insights into international operations.
Key Activities:
•    Assist the business developer in Amsterdam with preparing and implementing necessary processes and requirements.
•    Contribute to the successful rollout by creating clear plans, tracking progress, and organizing stakeholder alignment.
•    Participate in regular stakeholder meetings between management teams in Amsterdam and Singapore.
•    Support the migration of Singapore clients and help align procedures.
 

Your working environment

You’ll be part of ABN AMRO Clearing Bank’s Product Grid, ABN AMRO Clearing involves all activities from transaction commitment to settlement. ABN AMRO Clearing acts as an intermediary between clients and the exchanges these clients trade on. We become the buyer to the seller and the seller to the buyer, taking over the risk to reconcile orders between the parties in the transaction. Processing around 20 million transactions a day. We do so for professional traders, investment managers and large corporates. As clients are highly-demanding and the market environment fluctuates, you are guaruanteed to learn a lot in a short space of time. •    Final-year Bachelor or Master student
•    Studying Finance, Accounting, Economics, International Business, or related fields
•    Enrolled at university throughout the internship
•    Interested in financial markets, products, processes, and consultancy
•    Available to start June 2025 for a duration of 6-9 months
•    Possess strong analytical skills with a proactive, can-do attitude
•    Communicative and enjoy collaborating with diverse departments and cultures
•    Entrepreneurial mindset: open to innovations and new opportunities
