IAM Security Engineer

You will be working on processes such as Identity Life Cycle Management, Role Based Access Control, Privileged Access Management, User Access Reviews, Authentication and Certificate Management. Professional experience with these IAM processes together with strong analytical and data skills; and organizational sensitivity and communication are key. 

 

Your job

ABN AMRO Clearing Bank is looking for a IAM (Identity & Access Management) Security Engineer in the CISO domain of IT. You will be working on processes such as Identity Life Cycle Management, Role Based Access Control, Privileged Access Management, User Access Reviews, Authentication and Certificate Management. Moreover your job consists:

 

  • Business Process Management of Identity and Access Management processes
  • Data and automation driven process improvements
  • Communicating with key stakeholder groups including line managers, application/asset owners and end users.
  • Interacting with a Global team in multiple time zones
  • Work in the context of fact based evidencing towards risk management, audit and regulatory requirements
  • Articulate business process requirements towards technical requirements for system development

The CoE Information Security (CISO) organization is committed to create capabilities that both continuously improve the security posture of ABN AMRO Clearing Bank and also enable the (data) security of our customers.

The Identity & Access Management team is an open and committed group of professionals that offer many opportunities to learn from experienced IAM professionals, and to be supported in taking on responsibilities while learning. 

Your profile

We are looking for someone that meets the following profile: 

•    Professional experience with IAM processes;
•    Strong analytical and data skills;
•    Organizational sensitivity and communication are key.
•    Concrete understanding of the business processes of the Clearing business are preferred.
•    This role gives you an opportunity to grow your security experience in this field, take end-to-end responsibility to develop and maintain (parts of) these processes and work in an ambitious, direct and personable environment.
•    Understanding of the regulatory and risk management context Identity and Access Management operates in are a plus in your background, but are also experience you can further develop in taking on these responsibilities.

We are offering

  • The gross monthly salary displayed above is based on a 36-hour work week, including vacation pay and benefit budget.
  • The Benefit Budget is 11% of your salary. The Benefit Budget allows you to acquire additional employment benefits. If you make no purchases or reservations in the Benefit Shop in a given month, you are paid one twelfth of your Benefit Budget that month.
  • Five weeks of vacation per year. You have the option to purchase an additional four weeks per year.
  • Personal development Budget of € 1,000 per year, which you can accumulate up to € 3,000.
  • Possibility to work from home (in consultation with your team and depending on your position).
  • An annual public transport pass with free public transportation throughout the Netherlands.
  • An excellent pension scheme.
