Chapter Lead CCM

Are you a leader with a knack for managing diverse teams and handling multiple stakeholders? Then we need your help, in making ABN AMRO a personal bank in a digital age!
You will oversee a team of individuals working on designing communications with a market leading commercial-off-the-shelf content management suite. You will enhance the craftmanship of your chapter members in designing modular communication templates that adhere to the bank’s communication content strategy. You stay up-to-date on the latest developments of the suite and you mentor your team members in becoming experts. When and where you and your team do you work, that is up to you! We work hybrid, which means you and your team can flexibly decide where and when you can work most comfortable and effectively.

Your job
As Chapter Lead, you will combine working as an CCM (Customer Communication Management) Engineer, with your role as Lead. About 60% of the time you will work in your own DevOps block (scrum team). The rest of the time you will manage your team. This includes:
- Educating yourself and others with the right capabilities and the latest innovations in the field of CCM.
- Mentoring your Chapter members on technical craftsmanship.
- Actively participating in knowledge gaining and sharing by joining communities and events.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide realistic timelines.
- On a strategical level you mentor your team, do interviews and ensure that new employees are properly onboarded.
- Take care of the HR processes to facilitate all aspects relating to the influx, development, performance and outflux of employees.

We deliver our services within all teams of ABN AMRO and therefore have contact with many Business Lines and IT teams. We enable communication through all kind of channels, like paper, bankmail, email, sms and push notifications. At this moment we are working towards a paperless future. Next to this we facilitate our stakeholders to take the best decisions to communicate in the best way with our customers.
Your profile
You have a consumer centric mindset to provide the best platform for various departments in the bank to design and maintain customer communications. At the same time, you are people-minded and an inspirator. You are enthusiastic about your and your team’s contribution in making the customer journeys streamlined. Do you think you're a fit? - Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus.
- Quick learning ability to adapt the a niche application in CCM space.
- Effective stakeholder engagement, with track record for delivering projects on time.
- Experience in People and Performance management
- Ability to coach, motivate and inspire others to continuously develop themselves, both personally and within their area of expertise
