Our team excels in executing and/or lead complex change projects that drive the bank's strategy forward. We're on the lookout for (Senior) Consultants adept at stakeholder management and project delivery who enjoy taking responsibility for project delivery.

Your job

As a skilled (Senior) Consultant you take ownership for project delivery for multiple projects. Your mission: together with the project lead, you serve our clients by realizing high quality execution within set time frame and budget.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading projects, developing project plans, and managing all phases of project execution.
  • Advice senior management and answer to stakeholders and SteerCo.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for clients and delivering solutions to any challenges that arise.
  • Leading a team of consultants and business experts, sharing best practices and acting as a sparring partner for colleagues within SE&I.
  • Organizing and chairing meetings between key project stakeholders to ensure continuous alignment and effective decision making.
  • Monitoring progress against project timelines and tracking project risks and issues, dependencies on other programmes, business-as-usual activities, and interdependencies between workstreams.
  • Reporting project progress and risks to the client.

As a (Senior) Consultant in our Strategy Execution & Implementation department, you'll be part of Data & Credits Consultancy one of the six Consultancy Expertise teams.  
 
What we do? 
Within our Data & Credits Consultancy Expertise, 40+ SE&I consultants help our internal clients grow and solve their most important challenges within change in the area of Data & Credits. Data & Credits Consultancy supports the bank to increase data availability and data quality. This may increase regulatory compliance in the area of client and credit data. Data & Credits Consultancy also supports the credit chain in meeting new and existing regulations, to become future-proof and to improve the client and employee experience.   
 
The services we offer: 
Data & Credits Consultancy: design and implement processes and technology to record customer and credit data attributes, Impact assessment of new credit-related regulations, Design and implementation of new and existing credit-related regulations, RWA reduction projects,  Design and implement a future-proof lending journey (e.g. process, way of working and technology).

Your profile

We are looking for a strong analytical and conceptual thinker with a hands-on mentality, a drive to change and improve. As a proactive professional, you take an analytical, independent approach to your work. You have excellent communication skills, are goal-orientated and solution-led. As a result, you are able to optimally manage your stakeholders with a high level of responsibility.

Check your profile:

  • A university level education with ~8-10 years of relevant work experience, preferably with a background in consultancy.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
  • Extensive project management experience.
  • Experience in stakeholder management on both senior and lower levels.
  • Experience working with different methodologies, such as Agile and Prince2.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent skills in PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Professional working proficiency in English is a must. Proficiency in Dutch is a definite plus.

Furthermore:

  • The gross monthly salary (min. Eur. 5.847 – max. Eur 8.353) is based on a 36-hour work week, including vacation pay and benefit budget. A 40-hour work week is also possible. The salary range is broad due to a combined scale; actual placement is determined upon offer, based on your knowledge, experience, and potential.
  • The Benefit Budget is 11% of your salary. The Benefit Budget allows you to acquire additional employment benefits. If you make no purchases or reservations in the Benefit Shop in a given month, you are paid one twelfth of your Benefit Budget that month.
  • Five weeks of vacation per year. You have the option to purchase an additional four weeks per year.
  • Personal development Budget of € 1,000 per year, which you can accumulate up to € 3,000.
  • Possibility to work from home (in consultation with your team).
  • An annual public transport pass with free public transportation throughout the Netherlands.
  • An excellent pension scheme.
