Job Context

The role involves maintaining and reviewing the information security policy and IT control structure. The position requires leading the execution of action plans to close gaps and improve control effectiveness. Additionally, the role includes reviewing logical access management within IT business areas, executing awareness programs within the organization, and ensuring local policies and procedures are consistent globally. The candidate will work closely with managers at all levels to ensure the performance of their responsibilities within the information security framework. The role also involves the implementation and maintenance of the Business Continuity Structure.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and review the information security policy.
• Maintain and review the IT control structure.
• Lead the execution of action plans to close gaps and improve control effectiveness.
• Review logical access management within IT business areas.
• Execute awareness programs within the organization.
• Review local policies and procedures, ensuring global consistency.
• Work closely with managers at all levels to ensure the performance of their responsibilities within the information security framework.
• Implement and maintain the Business Continuity Structure.

Required Skills

• Academic background, preferably in Business Administration, Econometrics, Engineering.
• Experience in operational risk/information security areas.
• Experience in the financial services industry.
• Knowledge of local banking regulation and information risk.
• Experience in bridging the gap between business and IT.

Language

• Native Portuguese
• Advanced or fluent English.
